Children under 12 go free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Maximum of 3 children per adult. Each child must hold a valid ticket (bookable with your other festival tickets). You may be asked for ID if your children look too grown up!

All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once booked. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced so please look after them.

Booking fees will be charged on tickets as listed below. Postage charges will also be payable. Tickets will be posted out nearer to the festival.

* At the Booth, a £6.50 transaction charge applies on each group of Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Weekend tickets purchased. This charge includes postage.

Camping
Those wishing to camp should also purchase camping vouchers. There are two campsites:

Family / quiet campsite- for people who need a good night’s sleep!
General campsite- closer to the festival site and likely to be noisier

  • Every person intending to camp must book a camping voucher.
  • Vouchers costs £10 and are valid for the whole weekend.
  • Children under 12 go free (maximum of 3 children per accompanying adult) but must book a free voucher.
  • Each vehicle must have a vehicle pass. These can be booked with your camping vouchers. If you are bringing a car and another vehicle (e.g. caravan) you will need two vehicle passes.
  • You are welcome to bring camper vans and caravans but please note that every person will still need a camping voucher.
  • If you are bringing a vehicle but not camping, a parking fee will be charged at the gate.

Parking

  • Campers should book a parking pass per vehicle with festival tickets (see above).
  • Non-campers who wish to park will be charged a fee on arrival at the car park. Costs will be posted here soon.

Merida Bikes MTB Event (11am)
Saturday 23 June. Register online at www.mtb-marathon.co.uk (£15 entry fee).
You must also have purchased a Saturday or Weekend festival ticket to be able to take part in this event.

Britain’s Most Beautiful 12k Run (11am)
Sunday 24 June. Bookable with your other festival tickets at www.thebooth.co.uk
(£10 entry fee in advance / £15 on the day if places remain)
You must also have purchased a Sunday or Weekend festival ticket to be able to take part in this event.

Terms & Conditions
PLEASE NOTE THAT PURCHASE OF A TICKET FOR THE OUTSIDER SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ticket holders are advised to check their tickets upon receipt. Tickets cannot be returned nor any refund given after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Keep your ticket and stub safe and in good condition. Treat it as if it was cash. Please keep the main ticket and stub joined. Your ticket stub will be exchanged for a wristband which will be fastened around your wrist by a member of staff. Wristbands removed from wrist, tampered with or lost will be invalid and will not be replaced
  • The promoter reserves the right to make alterations to the event or advertised arrangements made necessary by unavoidable cause.
  • The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and to require any ticket holder to leave the festival arena.
  • All persons under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  • You consent to filming and sound recordings as members of the audience
  • The use of professional type cameras and recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • You use the car park and campsite at your own risk and enter the festival arena at your own risk. The promoter will not be held liable by you for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the festival arena or site.
  • No alcoholic drinks, glass or cans may be brought into the festival arena. Proof of age may be required to purchase alcohol.
  • This is an outdoor festival. It is your responsibility to be prepared for all weather conditions and bring appropriate clothing and camping gear.
  • No amplified music will be permitted in the campsite.
  • No animals, fireworks or kites will be admitted to the camp site or festival arena.
  • Movement between the campsite and car park areas may be restricted between 10.00PM and 8.00AM.
  • Please be considerate towards others using the campsite. Keep noise levels to a minimum in the family/quiet campsite.
  • Campfires are not permitted in the campsite.
  • You are discouraged from bringing glass and metal bottle tops onto the campsite as the fields are used for livestock at other times of the year.
  • Bags may be searched on entry
  • Tickets are issued subject to a license for the event being issued by Highland Council
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
