Speyside Wildlife

The name says it all - Speyside Wildlife. For years we've been the number one guides to the famous wildlife of this place, our home ... now the core of the new Cairngorms National Park. What a place it is too - rushing rivers and sparkling lochs where wildlife is set like gems amidst magnificent scenery. Golden Eagle hunt wild uplands, Slavonian Grebe nest on forest lochs, and ancient pines harbour Scottish Crossbill and Capercaillie, Pine Marten and Red Squirrel. There are delicate Twinflower and Emerald Damselfly, Ptarmigan croak amidst the snow patches of the Cairngorm plateau and Bottlenose Dolphins surge along Moray Firth shores alive with sea duck.

We can offer something for everyone, whether it's a longer stay (all-inclusive of guiding, accommodation, meals and quality minibus transport with no hidden extras), an evening visit to our wildlife watching hide to see Pine Marten, Badger and more, or your own guide to take you out in the field for the day looking for the species you want to see.

But what makes it extra special? Our guides - they're always there to help and most of all they make it friendly and fun for everyone, perfect for beginners. They judge the weather and, in this vast area, know just how to track down the wildlife you most want to see.
